Etsy customer I love supporting small businesses and I really wanted to like this business, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. I received a different size than what I ordered. I reached out to exchange my pillow covers. After sending multiple emails, they rudely responded back. I felt dismissed and not valued as a customer. I would not recommend this company if there are any problems with your order.

Kourtney I would not recommend this company! I received the wrong size than ordered. I reached out via email to exchange for the correct size. They did not respond. So, I went through shopify. The company then emailed me back stating that they refunded me. So, I placed another order and then it was cancelled. They said I could no longer be a customer because I had liklihood of doing it again. I reached out simply cause I wanted the correct size. Poor customer service and would definitely not recommend if you have a problem with your order.
This customer refused to return the products and also declined to provide any evidence to support their claim. Instead, they demanded replacement items without following our return process.
When we declined the request, the customer filed a complaint with Shopify. In order to avoid escalating the situation further, we issued a full refund and allowed the customer to keep the products as a goodwill gesture.
At the same time, we made it clear that we would no longer be able to accept future orders from this individual due to the nature of the interaction.
The customer then threatened to leave a negative review.
We sincerely hope this customer does not treat other stores—who take pride in their work and customer service—the same way.
