Return & Exchange Policy

At Fabrichan, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that purchasing fabrics online requires trust, and we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Orders of 5 yards or more are considered wholesale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Returned fabrics must be in their original condition, uncut, and unused. Fabrics that are altered, cut, or soiled cannot be accepted.
To help you make the right decision, we strongly recommend ordering a fabric sample before purchasing yardage. Samples are shipped within 24 hours via express courier.

Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges depend on fabric availability. If the requested fabric is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or process a refund (if the order qualifies).
Wholesale orders (5 yards or more) are excluded from exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately at hello@fabrichan.com with photos of the issue.
We will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items and arrange a replacement or refund.

Quality Control & Production Notes

All Fabrichan fabrics are inspected with specialized machines three times before shipping to ensure premium quality.
In the rare case of a minor, point-based production flaw, the entire fabric cannot be returned. Instead, Fabrichan will provide a replacement at a 1:2 ratio (for example, 1 yard of flaw will be compensated with 2 yards of replacement fabric).

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at hello@fabrichan.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we confirm your request, we will provide detailed instructions for return shipping.
After your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
For exchanges, a new order will be shipped once the original item has been returned and approved.

Important Notes

We cannot accept returns for fabrics that have been cut, altered, or used.
Orders over 5 yards are classified as wholesale and are excluded from returns or exchanges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
